As your much-awaited European journey begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:
Guests Departing from India (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests travelling on the scheduled group departure will meet at the respective international airport as advised, well before the scheduled flight departure time. From here, you will fly together with the Tour Manager to Milan and begin your beautiful European journey.
Upon arrival at Milan Airport, the Tour Manager will assist you with airport formalities and ensure a smooth transfer to the hotel. Check-in will be as per hotel policy.
Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities / Overseas
Guests joining from other cities in India or from overseas are requested to ensure they have received complete travel details such as flight information, arrival terminal, visa validity, etc. The Tour Manager will meet you at Milan Airport or at the hotel/sightseeing point as communicated in advance.
Overnight stay at the hotel in Milan.
Note: Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM. If flights arrive early, time may be utilized for rest or orientation depending on operational feasibility.

- Return Economy Class Airfare, Visa and Misc cost [Ex. Dubai]
- Travel insurance for passengers aged 60 years and above (insurance for senior citizens is not included and will be chargeable extra)
- Any increase in airfare, fuel surcharge, taxes, or government levies
- Any meals not mentioned in the itinerary
- Optional tours such as Disneyland Paris
- Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, minibar, porterage, tips at hotel, etc.
- Any sightseeing, monument entrance fees, or activities not specifically mentioned in inclusions
- Early check-in or late check-out at hotels (subject to availability and hotel policy)
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities, flight delays, road blocks, political disturbances, or unforeseen circumstances
- Anything not specifically mentioned under “Tour Inclusions”
