As your much-awaited European journey begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your departure city:

Guests Departing from India (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests travelling on the scheduled group departure will meet at the respective international airport as advised, well before the scheduled flight departure time. From here, you will fly together with the Tour Manager to Milan and begin your beautiful European journey.

Upon arrival at Milan Airport, the Tour Manager will assist you with airport formalities and ensure a smooth transfer to the hotel. Check-in will be as per hotel policy.

Guests Joining from Other Indian Cities / Overseas
Guests joining from other cities in India or from overseas are requested to ensure they have received complete travel details such as flight information, arrival terminal, visa validity, etc. The Tour Manager will meet you at Milan Airport or at the hotel/sightseeing point as communicated in advance.

Overnight stay at the hotel in Milan.

Note: Standard hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM. If flights arrive early, time may be utilized for rest or orientation depending on operational feasibility.
