• Original Passport (valid for 6 months)

• UAE Residency visa copy
• Emirates ID copy (Valid for 6 Months from applying date/3 Months from return date)
• 2 x Passport size Photo (size 3.5 x 4.5)
• Bank statement (6 months)
• Authorized Non Objection Certificate from company
• Previous Visa Copy of Schengen, UK, USA (if applicable)
• Trade licenses for self employed individuals (Company Owners only)

IMPORTANT NOTE

• Visa applications are accepted 6 months prior to travel date
• The visa fee of EUR 90 must be paid by the client on the day of the visa appointment. For Norway, Denmark, and Finland, the visa fee must be paid online at the time of booking the appointment
• For Spain and Portugal applications, clients must either provide access to a laptop with a working camera or visit our office, as face recognition is mandatory for appointment booking.
